Dear Hannah,

It's Sunday morning and you are at your dad's house. I miss you when you are gone; the house seems too quiet and still without you. That is the selfish mom talking though. I am very proud of the fact that you have maintained a strong relationship with your dad. I am proud of you for giving up a part of your weekend to spend it with him, even though it means giving up things that you would sometimes rather do. I love that you have the ability to love so many people with such abandonment  and genuine affection! So while the house may be too quiet without the curly haired girl, I take comfort in the knowledge that right now, at your dad's house, everyone there is getting their weekly fix of "hannah love." xoxox mom
